The ‘system’ in ‘systemic change’ is capitalism.
we believe in intersectional decolonization work that gets to the root and source of systemic oppression: capitalism. authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion work cannot happen without this acknowledgment. we also aim to de-center the United States and bring a global south lens to do this work.
